• Wash with Like Colors: To prevent color bleeding, always wash similar colors together.
• Use Cold Water: Washing in cold water helps preserve the fabric and prevent shrinkage.
• Turn Inside Out: Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints, designs, and fabric texture.
• Use Gentle Detergents: Opt for mild detergents that are free of bleach and harsh chemicals.
• Avoid Overloading: Don’t overcrowd the washing machine, as this can cause friction and damage the fabric.

1. 100% Cotton:

• Wash on Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle cycle to prevent stretching or pulling of the cotton fibers.
• Avoid High Heat: Tumble dry on low or hang dry to avoid shrinkage.
• Iron on Low Heat: If needed, iron on a low setting with the garment inside out to avoid direct heat on the fabric.

2. 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester:

• Wash with Cold Water: This fabric blend can shrink if washed in hot water, so cold water is ideal.
• Tumble Dry on Low: Use a low heat setting when tumble drying, or hang dry to maintain the fabric’s integrity.
• Avoid High Heat Ironing: Polyester can melt under high heat, so use a cool iron if necessary, with a cloth between the iron and the fabric.

3. 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton:

• Machine Wash Cold: This blend holds up well, but washing in cold water will help maintain its shape and color.
• Low Heat Drying: Tumble dry on low or air dry to avoid any potential shrinkage.
• Avoid Direct Ironing: If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting and avoid direct contact with the polyester.

Returns Policy

• Eligibility: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@awfshn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
• Return Delivery Cost: A return shipping fee of TT$40 will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Refund Policy:

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued via bank transfer to desired bank account you provide.
• Exchanges: If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item. Once the item is received in original condition, you will be provided with a unique coupon code which will enable you to place another order for the new item. (You will only have to pay for delivery.)

• Items that are damaged, used, or do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
