Refund policy

At Aesthetics Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Policy:

• Eligibility: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at 1-868-768-1680 or via email at info@awfshn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

• Return Delivery Cost: A return delivery fee of TT$40 will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the return delivery cost will be covered by us.

Refund Policy:

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued via bank transfer to desired bank account you provide.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item. Once the item is received in original condition, you will be provided with a unique coupon code which will enable you to place another order for the new item. (You will only have to pay for delivery.)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items that are damaged, used, or do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
• Any discounted item.
