Q: “Do you have a physical store?”

No, we operate online only. All purchases can be made through our website.

Q: “What are the available payment options?”

We accept cash or linx upon delivery, or bank transfers. Payment via Credit Card on our website coming soon.

Q: “How long does delivery take?”

Our delivery schedule are as follows:


  • Free Pick up: Free pick-ups are available at Trincity Mall, typically available in 1-2 business days.

  • Express Delivery: Once your order is applicable for express delivery, package is delivered within 24 hours.

  • Urban (Standard): Standard deliveries typically takes 2-4 business days.

  • Rural & Extended: Rural & Extended deliveries typically takes 2-5 business days.

  • Tobago: Tobago deliveries usually take 2-6 business days.

Q: “What's the cost of delivery”

We have four options available for delivery.

  • Free Pick-ups-Trincity Only
  • Standard Nationwide (Trinidad): $40.00
  • Tobago: $55.00
Q: “What happens if an item is out of stock?”

If an item is out of stock, there may be a pre-order waiting time. You can choose to submit your e-mail address on the product page and we'll notify you via e-mail when the item is restocked.

Q: “Is there a pre-order waiting time if the item is in stock?”

No, once your item is available, your order is processed within 1 day and dispatched for delivery as quickly as possible.

Q: “How can I track my order?”

Once your order is processed and dispatched to the courier, you will be notified via email. You can also log in to your account to check your order status, where you will also see the estimated delivery date.

Q: "What is your return/exchange policy?"

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. For more information, please review our Return and Refund Policy here.

Q: "Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?"

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Q: "How do I use my discount code?"

Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated field. The discount will be applied to your order total.
